**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dakota Dunes, SD. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting careerzynith's products and services. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with varying shift options available. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding careerzynith's products and services
* Understand and apply policies and procedures used for daily operations
* Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
* Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
* Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team dynamic
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
**Training and Development**
* Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17-18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
* Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards
* Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
* Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
* Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
