**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that all customer needs are met
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable feedback on call issues
* Upselling products or services when required to meet customer needs and drive business growth
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Proven call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* A typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
* Proficiency in PC operation and navigation, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches
* Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer, including Windows or macOS
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals
* Strong listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs
* Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* IT/Network certifications or degrees, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
* Experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
