**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions
* Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
* Recording customer information within our customer service database
* Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
* Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Promoting company services and products to customers
* Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries
* Preparing itemized statements, bills, or invoices to compute fees and charges due

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry
* Enthusiastic approach to customer service

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access
* Experience with customer service software and databases
