We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative & Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a vital role in driving careerzynith success by providing top-notch customer service, administrative support, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction
* Sending updates to customers about their orders as needed, maintaining open communication channels to build trust and loyalty
* Gathering information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from management, working closely with our team to address concerns and improve our services
* Calling applicants and scheduling interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct, ensuring a smooth hiring process
* Conducting onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
* Performing all other relatable office tasks given by the Plant Manager, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

* Previous experience in MS Office systems and Outlook, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
* The ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and communications
* Strong organizational skills, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring efficient workflow
