Job Overview
In this role, you will work as a Seller Operations Associate (Contact Center Representative) to manage transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. You will be responsible for taking calls and responding to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure that we are providing exceptional service to both our sellers and our customers. This is a full-time position, working nights and weekends, and you will be based in our office in Coppell, TX.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Taking calls and responding to emails from customers and sellers on a wide range of event and order-related questions
Providing exceptional service to our customers and sellers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
Working to identify potential order issues and finding solutions to problems
Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining where fault lies, and resolving issues fairly and constructively
Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities
Navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance
Managing in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers


Role Progression
As you progress in your role as a Contact Center Representative at arenaflex, you can expect the following milestones:
30 Days In
During your first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources you need to be successful in your role. You will learn about how arenaflex operates, the live event industry, and how you will contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. You will also gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
60 Days In
After 60 days, you will be investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining where fault lies, and resolving issues fairly and constructively. You will also be handling day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities and navigating order queues to determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
90 Days In
By 90 days, you will be playing an active role in continued learning to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. You will be managing in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
