Job Summary
In this role, you will work to manage transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have placed an order through the arenaflex exchange. You will be taking calls and responding to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure that we are providing exceptional service to both our sellers and our customers. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving issues and providing solutions to our customers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, responding to a wide range of event and order-related questions via phone and email
Provide exceptional service to both sellers and customers, ensuring that their experiences with arenaflex are positive and memorable
Proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems, using critical thinking and industry knowledge to resolve issues fairly and constructively
Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities, navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance
Play an active role in continued learning and development, advancing skill sets necessary for individual and team goals
Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers


Role Expectations and Progression
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your role expectations will progress over time. In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry. You will learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you will contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. You will also gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
After 60 days, you will investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. You will handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities and navigate order queues to determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
After 90 days, you will play an active role in continued learning and development, advancing skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. You will manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
