The Opportunity In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued sellers and customers, managing transactions and relationships with professionalism and care. Your expertise will be essential in resolving event and order-related questions, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support. As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you will be responsible for taking calls and responding to emails, working to provide exceptional service to both our sellers and customers. Your goal will be to deliver world-class support, building trust and loyalty with our customers and driving business growth for our sellers. Role Expectations and Progression As you grow and develop in your role, your responsibilities and expectations will evolve. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect in your first 30, 90, and 180 days: 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge of blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplace. Learn how to identify potential order issues, think critically, and develop proactive solutions to problems. Gain industry insights, experience, and confidence to provide great experiences for our customers. 60 days in: Investigate and resolve issues affecting customer experience, determining fault and finding fair and constructive solutions. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating beyond traditional customer service responsibilities. Master our order queue, prioritizing tasks to provide real-time assistance and ensure seamless transactions. 90 days in: Embark on continued learning, advancing your skill sets to achieve individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls, addressing a wide range of questions and monitoring open and pending orders for timely confirmation. Develop a deep understanding of our systems, processes, and policies, becoming a subject matter expert and a valuable resource for your team. Work Environment and Culture At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. You can expect: A comprehensive training program, paid and conducted in-office, to ensure your success in the role. A mix of in-office and remote work, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Flexible scheduling, with two possible shift patterns: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off, or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
