**Your Role as a Customer Service Representative**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues
* Responding to a high volume of calls and emails, providing elite service and resolving customer complaints in a fair and constructive manner
* Investigating instances of customer experience issues, determining fault, and resolving problems proactively
* Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues, and providing real-time assistance
* Continuously learning and advancing your skill sets to meet individual and team goals

* **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gain industry knowledge, and learn how to contribute to providing great experiences for our customers
* **60 days in**: Investigate customer experience issues, handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, and navigate order queues to provide real-time assistance
* **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings, manage in-bound seller calls, and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

**Work Environment and Schedule**
Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. Your schedule will be:
* Monday and Tuesday off (2:30pm-11:00pm)
* Wednesday and Thursday off (3:30pm-12:00am)
* Monday and Tuesday off (1:30pm-10:00pm)
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive base salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
