**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 4:00am. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling phone calls, walk-ins, and data entry, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviews, and providing exceptional customer service
* Completing data entry in our database for new applicants and check-ins
* Organizing and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents
* Developing a strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines
* Maintaining weekly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Proficiency in Kronos timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance records
* Strong computer skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment
* 1 year of experience with Kronos timekeeping and scheduling systems
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
* Experience with data entry and database management
