**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. Your primary goal will be to assist and resolve customer needs quickly and accurately, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. This morning shift support position requires a strong telephone communication skillset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.

**Responsibilities**

* Answer all incoming concerns/needs from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions
* Key pick-up requests, handle transportation/routing on delivery questions, and process will-call orders
* Provide customers with invoice copies and process credits
* Maintain a call list, monitor orders before the cut-off, and communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers
* Manage same-day deliveries for the Operating Company (OPCO)
* Perform other duties as directed by your Supervisor

**Qualifications**

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience: 1 year of prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
* Preferred: Previous call center experience
* Professional Skills:
+ Strong telephone communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods
+ Proficient in MS Office
