Job Overview: Member Services - Customer Service Representative We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Services Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Member Florists, responding to their inquiries, and resolving order disputes in a professional and courteous manner. This is a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility and convenience of working remotely while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to questions regarding member statements and florist order disputes via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions. Professionally handle incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, empathetic, and resolution-focused. Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by members prior to submission. Accurately document all calls in the 360 application, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions. Consistently achieve key performance indicators and standards as defined by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service. Provide customers with quality service by following defined company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring that all interactions are consistent and professional. Stay up-to-date with departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials to effectively service customers and resolve issues efficiently. Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with members of management and peer coaching, to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Inbound call center experience is desirable, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation, with excellent typing and keyboarding skills. Clear problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a clear speaking voice and good listening skills. Excellent grammar skills, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and to talk for extended periods of time on the phone. Ability to handle pressure professionally and to exhibit a calm disposition, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work. Knowledge of the floral gifting industry, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of Member Florists and customers.
