As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, innovative, and proactive customer service to our Medicare members. You will be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. Your skills and expertise will motivate positive change and collaboration, making you a trusted advocate for our members. **Responsibilities** * Educates plan benefits, answers questions, and resolves issues based on incoming telephone member contacts * Utilizes compliant documentation standards * Provides empathetic and member-centric service * Exceeding our member's expectations is our standard * Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved * Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate * Ability to apply patience * Adaptability * Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills * Or, equivalent military experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Customer Service experiences preferred * Education: School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of our team, you can expect a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
