Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing empathetic and professional support to resolve issues and address questions. Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related customer service tasks. Work with customers to solve problems, providing solutions and alternatives as needed. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, adhering to blithequark's 5-star service standards. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information to customers. Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, efficiently managing workflows and priorities. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback. Essential Qualifications: Previous call center customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field. Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach. Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proper grammar, professional language, and word choice. Ability to navigate multiple systems at a time, with strong organizational and time management skills. A score of 80% or above on the eSkills test is required for all candidates. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience or call center experience. Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare or a related field. Previous Medicare experience, with knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures. Medical background or knowledge of medical terminology.
