**Key Details**
* **Location:** 100% Remote (must be within a 1-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103)
* **Duration:** 3-month contract-to-hire
* **Compensation:** Competitive salary
* **Schedule:** Flexible, with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays (37.5 hours/week, with opportunities for overtime)
* **Number of Positions:** 20+
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing empathetic and professional support
* Resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more
* Working with customers to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, upholding careerzynith's 5-star service standards
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Call Center Experience:** Inbound customer service experience (no telesales)
* **Customer Focus:** Excellent customer service skills, with a strong orientation towards service and empathy
* **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information
* **Technical Skills:** Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* **eSkills Test:** Must score 80% or above
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:
* **Education:** High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience
* **Industry Experience:** Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare
* **Medical Background:** Medical background or terminology experience
