What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative - Medical Receptionist at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Respond to Inquiries: Respond to patient, employee, provider, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and web portal, providing timely and accurate information. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. What We Look For To succeed in this role, you will need: Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
