**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Medicaid members and providers. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be key to delivering an outstanding experience.

**Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming calls from Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed
* Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form
* Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient
* Must be able to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
* High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and building rapport with customers

**Compensation and Benefits**

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour.
