As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students and their families. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Positively interacting with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering any inquiries * Conducting sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program * Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities * Conducting student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews * Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels * Supporting center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching * Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra 2+ * Prior working experience in customer service * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task efficiently * Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills * Strong work ethic, punctuality, detail-oriented, and reliability * Availability to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday-Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software * Strong math skills and ability to learn new concepts quickly * Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
