**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of careerzynith, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolve issues for customers
* Making recommendations to close sales and provide personalized service
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

**What You Bring to the Role**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A passion for high fashion brands and haute couture
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
* A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
* A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not accepted)
