**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Luxury Home Furnishings and Window Coverings Support**

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You will be responsible for managing order processing, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve queries, provide product information, and address concerns.
* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
* Work closely with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
* Process purchase orders and restock inventory as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely fulfillment.
* Maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Answer pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
* Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business success.

**Requirements:**

* Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
* Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow.
* Effective working in teams to achieve departmental objectives, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
* Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, such as consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring accurate documentation for export.
