**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Luxury Home Furnishings and Window Coverings Support**

We guide our clients through the process from initial concept to final installation, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing order processing, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. * Work with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve customer queries, provide product information, and address concerns. * Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Collaborate with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems. * Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time. * Maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Answer pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to our customers. * Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner. * Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are preferred. * Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. * Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Effective working in teams to achieve the department's objectives. * Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, such as consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring documentation for export is correct. **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision offerings. * Weekly direct deposit. * Paid holidays and personal time off. * 401(k) plan with match. * Voluntary life and AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, and other voluntary coverages. * Prepaid legal and employee assistance programs. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and support.
