**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the ordering process, addressing post-order inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
* Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
* Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
* Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
* Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns
* Work with a dynamic team to achieve department goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in software tools, such as CRM systems and email management tools
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
