You'll guide customers through the ordering process, resolve post-order issues, and utilize a range of software tools to address client concerns. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development. **Responsibilities** * Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials.
