**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing inbound customer communications, including answering incoming emails, addressing customer questions, requests, and issues
* Consulting on customer success, advising customers on how to successfully leverage our products/services based on their unique needs
* Maintaining working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic
* Tracking interactions in CRM, recording customers' interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
* Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
* Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
