**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing personalized support, and helping them understand the features of our Life insurance products. This is a remote full-time opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic team.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a friendly, patient, and kind manner
* Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications
* Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
* Additional activities to support our efforts to help customers become insured and remain insured, such as:
+ Researching and resolving customer issues
+ Providing product information and recommendations
+ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

**Other Responsibilities**

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirements
* Staying up-to-date on industry developments, product updates, and company policies to provide informed support to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* Be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Possess excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a big plus, but not required
* Ability to adapt to internal operational processes and systems, with a willingness to learn and grow
* All applicants MUST be based in the US

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong knowledge of Life insurance products and services
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
