**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll join a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for our customers. You'll take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and respect. **Key Responsibilities**
* Take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers' needs are met with empathy and respect
* Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements
* Use multiple IT applications with attention to detail to resolve customer queries
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide outstanding service
* Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
* Knowledge of life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
* Experience working with multiple IT applications
* Certification in customer service or a related field
