**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll join a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience. You'll take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate complex matters. **Key Responsibilities**
* Take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
* Provide expert guidance and support to help customers navigate complex matters
* Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements
* Ensure a seamless customer experience during the moments that matter
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer queries and issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
* Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
* Knowledge of life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
* Experience with CRM systems and other IT applications
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
