**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and processing returns and exchanges
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
* Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
* Knowledge of retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional bending and twisting
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
