**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* **Checking in members and guests**: Verify membership status, provide tours of the club, and sign up new members.
* **Maintaining a clean and safe environment**: Regularly clean the facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.
* **Communicating updates and billing issues**: Inform members and guests of important updates, billing issues, and promotions.
**Qualifications and Physical Demands:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Age**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **Punctuality and reliability**: Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
* **Customer service experience**: Possess prior customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
* **Physical demands**: Be able to continually stand, walk, and talk during your shift, with the ability to lift 45 pounds.
