You'll be responsible for resolving product or service problems, maintaining customer records, and corresponding with customers in a polite, empathic, and professional tone. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. * Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately. * Correspond with customers in a polite, empathic, and professional tone, using a positive and solution-focused approach to resolve issues. * Use Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement processes and procedures that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Analyze customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. **Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills** * Experience with Gorgias and using macros is a must. * Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. * Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. * Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement. * Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. * Experience with Gorgias and using macros is a must. * Excellent written and verbal English skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing). * 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. * Knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $5/hour. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A fun and supportive work environment that's inclusive and diverse. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and more. * A generous bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance. * The opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that's changing the face of the lingerie industry. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who's passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
