**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and providing exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product or service problems in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information and order history
* Utilize Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify to efficiently manage customer interactions and orders
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and sizing
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of empathy, respect, and open communication

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Experience with Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding targets
