**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job – we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls
* Handle customer inquiries about our policies and troubleshoot issues
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
* Ability to manage individual stress/composure
* Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Able to Pass a Background Check
* Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
* 2 Years of customer Service Experience
