We're growing rapidly, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (careerzynith Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound phone calls and troubleshooting issues related to our policies.

**Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
* Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
* Maintaining regular and timely attendance
* Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
* Managing individual stress and composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma
* A designated space and internet capability to work from home
* The ability to pass a background check
* Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
* 2 years of customer service experience
