Your responsibilities will include: Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex matters Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policy holders with policy changes and adjustments as necessary Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Proven oral and written communication skills The ability to type at least 25 words per minute A High School Diploma or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Availability to work various shifts, including potential night shifts or weekends Preferred qualifications include: 6 months of Call Center experience Previous experience in the insurance industry Work from Home Requirements To work effectively from home, you'll need: A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions Proof of internet speed to ensure you meet our technical requirements Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Teleperformance, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
