**About the Role**

* Provide exceptional customer service to insurance provider clients and their customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, communicating with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Document all client communication across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Work closely with clients and customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide additional support as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment, with a strong focus on insurance industry expertise
* Ability to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
* Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 4+ years of insurance experience, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
