**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators
* Follow scripted questions to obtain information about customers and their work sites
* Enter data into a ticket format and identify work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
* Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring positive relationships with customers, peers, and management
* Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
* Accurately read digital maps and provide clear, concise information to customers
* Demonstrate an interest in public safety and understand the importance of our work
* Work effectively and independently in a home or office environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to listen and problem-solve effectively
* General computer skills
* Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including good attendance
* Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated
* Willingness to work overtime based on business needs
* Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
* Must pass a criminal background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior customer service experience (not required, but a plus!)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with mapping systems and digital tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
