**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Inbound Call Center Specialist – No Sales, Full-Time Positions**

We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to investing in their growth and development. **Job Summary** We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators, providing technical and emergency damage prevention services for Gopher State One Call, a statewide non-profit organization. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions from callers who will be digging * Obtain information about the customers and their work site * Data enter information into a ticket format * Identify the work site on a mapping system similar to Google Maps * Communicate effectively and create positive relationships with excavators, peers, and management * Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria * Accurately read digital maps * Provide excellent customer service at all times * Demonstrate an interest in public safety * Understand and apply new concepts * Ability to work effectively and independently in a home or office environment **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * Ability to listen and problem solve effectively * General computer skills * Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance * Ability to work as a team * Be self-motivated and able to work independently * Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center * Availability to work during operating hours of the call center * Must pass a criminal background check **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in a call center environment * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate starting at $15/hour * Quarterly performance bonuses * Paid vacations/personal/sick time (PTO) * 401(k) plan with company matching * Casual, friendly work environment * Monday through Friday hours ONLY, with 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm NO WEEKENDS * Two-week paid training course * Ability to work at home remotely after training * Fantastic medical, dental, and life insurance at a VERY minimal cost ($43/month for single coverage $185/month for a family) * Paid time off * Work from home opportunities **Work Environment** * Our call center is located in Mendota Heights, Minnesota * We offer a casual and friendly work environment * Our team is passionate about providing outstanding service and support * We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment **Career Growth Opportunities** * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Training and development programs to help you succeed * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
