**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Impact Client Support Delegate. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with the Inward Body Shop to resolve issues, coordinate repairs, and provide outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

* Work planning support: Collaborate with the Inward Body Shop to plan and coordinate repairs, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
* Client communication and coordination: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Vehicle appearance arrangement: Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring that vehicles are restored to their original condition.
* Rental coordination and hand off: Coordinate with clients to arrange for vehicle rentals and ensure a smooth hand-off process.
* Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure that the Body Shop has the necessary resources to complete repairs.
* Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the repair process.

**What You'll Bring**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Customer Service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
* Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
* Ability to work in a crash shop environment, with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a crash shop environment.
* Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Ability to speak multiple languages.
