Join us on our journey to transform the travel industry! **Your Role as a Customer Service Representative II** As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, communicating and responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and developing positive working relationships with clients, operations, and vendors. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients travel smart and achieve more. Key responsibilities include: * Responding to customer inquiries and developing a positive working relationship with clients, operations, and vendors * Researching, resolving, and responding to customer and log service issues within specified time periods * Maintaining and actively communicating current knowledge of the state of various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.) * Using industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore, and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry * Proficiency in GDS Amadeus * Experience with online support – online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting) * Demonstrated problem-solving skills * Excellent customer service skills * Understanding of ARC rules and regulations * A positive customer service attitude * Availability to work 7am-7pm CT **About You** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a knack for problem-solving, and are eager to join a dynamic and inclusive team, we want to hear from you! The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. We reserve the right to change schedules to accommodate operational needs.
