As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to inbound calls and voicemails, and supporting our team and business goals. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to inbound calls and voicemails on the provider relations line, addressing a range of inquiries, including application status for provider enrollment, assistance applying for a Medicaid provider number, and compliance reviews. * Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and respectful. * Create accurate call logs in our system, summarizing contact details with providers and applicants. * Support team and business goals for enrollment support and customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives. * Assist with other tasks as needed, including document uploads, to ensure seamless support for our clients and stakeholders. **Required Skills:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet skills. * Ability to exercise independent judgment, based on policy and procedure, to make informed decisions and resolve issues. * Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to established standards, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. **Qualifications:** * 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. * Bachelor's degree and 2 years paid experience or 36 months and a minimum of two years paid experience working with critical care providers, public health providers, or providers that care for children, older adults, persons with traumatic brain injury, or persons with developmental disabilities. * One year of the experience must have included provider monitoring, Medicaid or third-party payer provider billing, or provider training. * One year of the experience must have been in a home health program, community health program, hospital, private practice, publicly funded institution, long-term care program, mental health program, community-based social service program, or any other program addressing the needs of special populations. **Working Conditions:** * Remote work arrangement, requiring access to a quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection and a computer with updated software to support remote desktop. * Standard working hours are from 8:00am-4:30pm EST, with flexibility to accommodate occasional variations. * A headset is required for this role. * This is a temporary assignment, with a duration of 60-90 days. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Compensation for roles at blithequark varies depending on a wide array of factors, including the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. * As required by applicable law, blithequark provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. * In addition, blithequark offers a range of benefits for this role, including opportunities for career growth and development. **Equal Employment Opportunity:** * blithequark is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. * All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability. * blithequark is an e-Verify participant. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
