A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative II In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with external and internal customers, and providing top-notch support to ensure their needs are met. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including answering product-related questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders, and connecting customers with the right support or field staff. You will also have the opportunity to work with web-based ordering and registration systems, manage inventories, and collaborate with management to resolve customer credits and returns. Key Responsibilities: Represent blithequark to external and internal customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction Answer product-related questions, trace lost shipments, and interpret and clarify customer orders Manage web-based ordering and registration systems, and confer with management regarding customer credits and returns Identify quality assurance complaints, and write price differentials on mail orders Approve allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments Manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, combined with at least 2 years of customer service experience. You should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Experience in a call center setting, knowledge of SAP, and familiarity with working remotely with multiple monitors are also desirable.
