Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical technology environment. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in representing arenaflex to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders, and taking orders or registrations. Key Responsibilities Represent arenaflex to external and internal customers, providing exceptional service and support in a call center environment Answer product-related questions and provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries Trace lost shipments and interpret and clarify customer orders for the shipping department Take orders or registrations and connect customers to appropriate support or field staff when necessary Manage web-based ordering or registrations, and confer with management regarding customer credits, returns, and quality assurance complaints Identify and address quality assurance complaints, and write price differentials on mail orders Approve allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations, and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments Manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. You should also have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, it would be desirable for you to have call center experience, knowledge of SAP, and proficiency in MS Suite. You should also be familiar with working remotely with multiple monitors, and have a strong analytical mindset.
