Our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce has earned us a reputation as a champion of belonging and inclusion. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, building strong relationships with our customers and providing exceptional service through every interaction. You'll be responsible for answering policy and billing inquiries, assisting producers and underwriters on all policy transactions, handling and solving policyholder complaints, and providing inter-departmental support.
