**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud
* Providing excellent customer service, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting consumer data into our secure web application, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Providing educational materials and referrals to help consumers resolve identity theft and consumer fraud issues
* Staying up-to-date on applicable federal laws and regulations related to identity theft and consumer fraud
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Document consumer data into our secure web application, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Provide educational materials and referrals to help consumers resolve identity theft and consumer fraud issues
* Stay up-to-date on applicable federal laws and regulations related to identity theft and consumer fraud
**Minimum Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Excellent computer and typing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which can take anywhere from 7-60 days to obtain
* Must be able to start in this role once the Public Trust clearance process is complete
**Desired Qualifications**
* Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken)
* Prior call center experience
* Customer service experience
* General knowledge of federal law
* Professional resume that includes contact information (phone number and email address) and previous employer contact information (phone numbers and physical addresses)
