Job Summary The main function of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining the client's issue, offering possible solutions, or providing follow-up as needed. Our customer service agents may be inbound, outbound, or a combination of both, and we are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years of customer service-related experience required. Call Center experience is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for a candidate who possesses the following preferred qualifications: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
