As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and chats, addressing client needs, and supporting sales initiatives. You will utilize available blithequark tools and resources to provide timely, accurate resolution for each client, and maintain high client service standards throughout all activities. Key Responsibilities Answers inbound client calls and chats spanning multiple banks and states, providing exceptional service and support to our clients. Addresses needs ranging from routine balance and transaction questions to more complex issues requiring further research, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of blithequark's products and services. Utilizes available blithequark tools and resources to provide timely, accurate resolution for each client, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. Maintains high client service standards throughout all activities, upholding blithequark's commitment to excellence and professionalism. Serves as a resource on operations, policy, and procedure information to both associates and clients, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless interactions. Maintains current knowledge of client calls regarding retail, commercial, bankcard, and online banking, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the financial services industry. Communicates enterprise-wide changes and impacts to clients as necessary, ensuring that our clients are informed and empowered to make informed decisions. Serves as initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, taking prompt and effective action to protect our clients' interests. Documents the reported activity and takes appropriate action, including opening, closing, or placing holds on accounts, ensuring that our clients' accounts are secure and protected. Identifies cross-sales opportunities through client profiles and account detail information, promoting blithequark products to clients and making referrals to sales teams when possible. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service and support to clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Working knowledge of PC-based software, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously. Ability to work in multiple software applications at one time, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Strong keyboard skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure. Ability to display professionalism while interacting with others, upholding blithequark's values and standards. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Call center experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree, providing a strong foundation in business, finance, or a related field. Financial Services experience, enabling you to understand the complexities of the industry and provide informed support to our clients. Bilingual (Spanish), allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
