**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers opening and maintaining deposit accounts, while suggesting and explaining our products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with customers, co-workers, and management to ensure seamless delivery of our services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Open and maintain deposit accounts, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all CIP requirements
* Understand and explain all products and services accurately when offered to customers
* Open new deposit accounts and execute all CIP requirements
* Maintain deposit accounts as requested, including updating accounts, ordering checks, and other tasks
* Discuss and resolve questions and concerns with customers, providing exceptional customer service
* Engage with customers in a caring and respectful manner, building long-lasting relationships
* Image work documents timely and accurately as required daily
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum one (1) year of proven customer service experience
* Previous experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes preferred
* Basic clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* High school diploma or GED required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements preferred
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
* Working knowledge of applicable computer systems
* Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
