Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the customer-facing voice, providing exceptional support and developing creative solutions to customer issues. Your responsibilities will include:


Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
Ensuring PO entry accuracy as the frontline for data entry
Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
Proactively updating order status to accelerate the billing process
Supporting Sales Department with answers to questions and providing research responses
Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions


Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, you'll also be expected to:


Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive business growth and retention
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field


Preferred qualifications include:


Experience as an account representative or in a similar customer-facing role
Oracle experience or proficiency in similar CRM systems
