**Job Responsibilities**

* Maintaining standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Engaging in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
* Assisting in achieving company and department KPIs
* Participating in training and utilizing tools and resources for professional growth
* Addressing customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
* Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
