**The Role**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-3 years of customer service or support experience
* Strong Excel skills
* SAP or other CRM experience is an added plus
* Sound communications skills

* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
* Familiarity with the use of PC systems for order placement, pricing, and distribution
* Experience with B2B customer support is a plus
