**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
* Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return
* Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work all shifts
* Typing, sitting, standing, walking, or moving throughout the rental lot and entering/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Driving a variety of vehicles as required

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A valid driver's license
* Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
* Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
* A willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* The ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
**Preferred Qualifications**
